b. Copy of registered customer's insurance company's proof of loss, showing the date of loss, specific cause of loss and gross settlement figure.
c. Copy of the agreement
d. Copy of police report

If the customer does not have collectible physical damage insurance at the time of loss, it is the registered customers responsibility to advise PRO ETCH, in writing, immediately when the loss is discovered.
